The Role: We’re on the lookout for a US Digital Merchandiser who will own and optimise the onsite experience across the US Shopify store, TikTok Shop, and key digital retail platforms. The focus is on PDP excellence, customer journeys, and conversion rate optimisation to drive revenue growth. You will deliver a best-in-class onsite experience through smart merchandising, content, UX, and testing, and manage agency partners supporting Retail.com and other US retail touchpoints. This role suits a commercially minded digital merchandiser with a strong visual eye, analytical skills, and hands-on Shopify experience.

  • Own the US Shopify experience (conversion, AOV, engagement).
  • Lead PDP optimisation across products (content, imagery, reviews, bundles, subscriptions, cross-sell).
  • Build and optimise customer journeys across key pages and checkout.
  • Drive a continuous CRO roadmap through testing and performance analysis.
  • Own PDP improvements for TikTok Shop using platform best practices.
  • Partner cross-functionally to evolve PDP storytelling and education.
  • Track and report on merchandising and conversion performance.
  • Manage agencies supporting Retail.com and US retail execution.

About You: Proven Shopify experience within a DTC or subscription business. Strong digital merchandising, PDP optimisation, and CRO expertise. Commercially minded with strong analytical skills. Hands-on experience with A/B testing and ecommerce analytics. Strong visual and UX sensibility. Experience managing agencies or partners. Desirable: TikTok Shop, subscription models, basic technical fluency.
