We’re on the lookout for someone extraordinary to come and join us as Senior Designer to deliver high-quality, production-ready design across brand, product, packaging, and digital touchpoints in a fast-paced FMCG environment. Drive accuracy, consistency, and executional excellence.
Key responsibilities:
- Create print and digital assets (ATL/BTL, trade, social, brand comms) with flawless execution.
- Oversee shoots and help shape our online visual world across social and Growth channels.
- Maintain brand consistency: update guidelines, ensure correct use of typography, layout, colour, and assets.
- Own packaging design: develop, refine, and deliver print-ready artwork across all SKUs and ranges.
- Manage dielines, colour profiles, regulatory requirements, and supplier/printer coordination.
- Handle artwork updates, version control, and organized asset management.
- Manage and mentor a Mid-Level Designer.
- Juggle multiple briefs, collaborating closely with brand, digital, product, ops, and leadership teams while improving processes and workflows.
About you:
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
- Strong understanding of packaging production, pre-press, and print processes.
- Good knowledge of contemporary media and creating advertising that punches above its weight creatively.
- High-level craft skills in layout, typography, colour management, and attention to detail.
- Ability to produce accurate, production-ready artworking at speed, through multiple competing deadlines.
