THE ROLE
We’re on the lookout for someone extraordinary to come and join us as performance-driven Digital Marketing Specialist! As our Performance Marketing Specialist, you’ll ideally have 2-3 years’ experience managing paid digital campaigns – with a strong foundation in Google Ads and an appetite for testing new channels. Reporting into our Senior Performance Marketing Manager, you’ll play a key role in owning the day-to-day management and optimisation of our paid acquisition channels across the UK and US, helping us scale efficiently while maintaining a sharp focus on results.
You’ll also support broader growth initiatives – from reporting to testing new channels – and be part of a fast-growing team defining the future of wellness.
This includes…
- Manage and optimise Google Ads campaigns (Search and Shopping) across the UK and US, with a focus on efficient customer acquisition
- Support paid Meta (Facebook and Instagram) campaigns
- Proactively test new platforms and identify scalable opportunities across emerging paid channels
- Deliver regular performance reports and insights to inform decision-making across the team
- Stay informed on platform updates, paid media trends and competitor activity to drive continual improvement
ABOUT YOU
- 2-3+ years’ hands-on experience running paid digital campaigns – ideally in a high-growth consumer brand or agency setting
- Strong experience managing Google Ads, with a proven track record of optimising for ROAS, CPA or similar KPIs
- Analytical and commercially minded – comfortable interpreting data and applying insights to drive performance
- Proactive, self-motivated and eager to grow – excited to test new ideas and own outcomes
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail – able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- A strong communicator and team player
- Passionate about TRIP and excited to join a brand at the forefront of wellness
