About Trip
TRIP’s mission is to create calm in the everyday chaos for our community, offering next-generation wellness products to power their lifestyle and nurture mental wellbeing.
Co‑founders, husband-and‑wife team Olivia and Daniel, discovered plant-based wellness after a transformative personal experience and launched TRIP in 2019 to bring delicious, high‑quality functional drinks and supplements to millions of people globally.
Now the world’s #1 Calming Beverage Brand, TRIP’s award‑winning drinks and wellness products are crafted with botanicals and adaptogens to help people relax, unwind and find balance. Since launch, TRIP has rapidly expanded from the UK across Europe and North America, generating over $100 million in sales. Our products are available in leading supermarkets, natural retailers and online.
Our vision is to become the global leader in calming drinks and supplements — synonymous with calm in the same way Red Bull is with energy. We move fast, think big and are committed to becoming the defining brand for a generation who drinks less but prioritises mental wellbeing more than ever.
There has never been a better time to join our team and be part of the movement.
THE ROLE
As our Operations Systems Specialist, you’ll keep the systems and data behind TRIP’s global supply chain accurate, connected and running smoothly.
You’ll take ownership of the day‑to‑day processes that keep our stock, production, financial and order information aligned across our UK and US operations. A key part of the role will be identifying why data or stock movements don’t reconcile, getting to the root cause and improving the underlying process rather than repeatedly correcting the same issue.
Alongside resolving problems and maintaining reliable reporting, you’ll identify practical opportunities to reduce manual work through better processes, integrations and automation.
Reporting to our Head of Operations Europe, you’ll work closely with Supply Chain, Finance, our Operations Analyst and external warehouses, manufacturers and technology partners. Our operational systems include Unleashed, Xero and a number of partner platforms, so you’ll enjoy understanding how information moves between different tools and troubleshooting when something doesn’t work as expected.
This is an operational systems role rather than a software engineering position. You’ll be expected to confidently use systems, data and automation to improve how Operations works, partnering with technical specialists where more complex engineering or development support is required.
