THE ROLE
We\βre looking for a performance-obsessed Meta Creative Strategist to architect, test and scale high-converting paid social creative, with Meta (Facebook & Instagram) as your core playground. You\βll turn data into decisions: diagnosing performance signals, crafting hypotheses, briefing edits, and engineering creative frameworks that scale profitably across audiences and markets. This is not an organic content role; it\βs paid performance creative at the sharp end. Where psychology, storytelling and numbers meet.
You\βll partner closely with our Performance team to align creative with audience signals, platform shifts and revenue targets, while using smart tooling (including AI where helpful) to accelerate iteration and insight generation.
