We’re on the lookout for someone extraordinary to come and join us as Commercial Finance Manager to partner with commercial teams across the UK and US to drive profitable growth through financial analysis, forecasting, and performance reporting. Provide insights on pricing, trade spend, and customer profitability, while improving reporting processes and systems to enhance decision-making and operational efficiency.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Partner with commercial teams to support growth and profitability goals.
- Provide financial insight on customers, products, and channels.
- Support pricing, trade spend, and promotional investment decisions.
- Contribute to new product launches and retailer proposals.
- Lead sales and margin reporting, ensuring accurate forecasting and performance tracking.
- Deliver insights on sales, margin, and trade spend to inform key decisions.
- Streamline reporting and build dashboards for better visibility.
- Help strengthen financial controls and reporting processes.
About You
- 2-3 years post-Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
- 3-5 years of experience in a commercial finance or analytical role
- Experience within a multi-site / territory retail or FMCG, ideally in a start-up or scale-up environment
- Demonstrable experience in the USA market
- Advanced Excel and data modelling skills, with confidence in handling complex datasets.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision
