In this Role, you’ll get to:

  • Lead the full lifecycle of official partnerships, from high‑level negotiation and contract structural design to rights activation and long‑term renewal.
  • Build and nurture enduring strategic alliances with major governing bodies, football clubs, and sports agencies to secure priority opportunities ahead of the market.
  • Structure complex partnership deals and develop integrated sports marketing strategies that elevate brand awareness and drive market share across Europe.
  • Manage end‑to‑end budget planning and financial tracking for all European sports initiatives, ensuring rigorous ROI measurement and P&L performance.
  • Coordinate seamlessly with internal product, technology, and legal teams to oversee asset integration, ticketing system optimization, and on‑site event execution.

What you’ll Need to Succeed:

  • 5+ years of successful experience in the European sports industry, specifically in sponsorship, partnerships, or commercial sports marketing.
  • Deep, pre-existing executive network within official organizations, top‑tier football clubs, and major sports agencies, essential for securing priority partnership assets.
  • Exceptional financial acumen, with proven experience in building profitable business models, managing large budgets, and calculating ROI for flagship sports properties.
  • Fluent English with demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders at all levels; proficiency in additional European languages is a significant advantage.
  • A highly self‑motivated, organized, and results‑oriented mindset, capable of managing multiple high‑stakes projects simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment.
