Introduction
The Commercial Team is a fast‑paced and dynamic unit focused on the launch, innovation, and scaling of our corporate travel solutions across the region. As a Sales Executive within this team, your primary function will be to drive new client acquisition specifically within the SME segment, managing the full sales cycle from initial prospecting to deal closure. In addition to your sales targets, you will play a critical role in supporting the commercial team's day‑to‑day operational duties to ensure seamless business delivery. You will also work closely with the General Manager for EMEA and North America, providing essential administrative assistance. This dual‑focus role requires a proactive approach to both high‑velocity sales and the operational excellence needed to support a rapidly expanding regional business.
In this Role, you’ll get to:
- Identify, target new business leads, across the SMEs sector.
- Identify and develop potential market segments and customers to achieve acquisition and targets.
- Manage the sales funnel, including lead generation, qualification, and conversion.
- Collaborate with Product Management and the cross‑functional team to formulate and refine the product roadmap.
- Share partner and industry feedback with PM to tailor our approach.
- Lead projects and initiatives as required, guiding cross‑functional teams to achieve established goals and deliverables.
- Ensure the department’s operations run smoothly and maintain high standard SOP.
- Act as a communication bridge between HQ, regional and local offices.
- Assist in the preparation of proposals and presentations.
- Provide administrative support to the commercial team and General Manager as needed.
- Manage proper archival and management of documents.
- Assist in additional tasks and projects when needed.
What you’ll Need to Succeed:
- University degree or equivalent experience. MBA will be an advantage.
- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills.
- Preferred minimum 3 years’ experience in a tech firm or in sales would be a plus.
- Detail oriented and fast learning capacity.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to adjust different communication methods depending on stakeholders.
