We are currently recruiting a Market Executive to join our Europe Chain team, based in our amazing London offices.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the hotel partners and the hotel supply network;
- Support the team with the maintenance of relationships with chain hotel partners, and
- coordinate with other departments involved in the assigned projects;
- Work closely with Market Managers and to manage hotel accounts for different
- enquiries;
- Train new hotels on how to use the extranet, manage rates and availability on site
- Assist in activation of hotels in consultation with Market Managers to manage the
- Prepare business review reports as necessary;
- Co-ordinate the merchandising activities for hotel partners with special deals and
- promotions;
- Responsible for timely and accurate delivery of content and photos for the new and
- existing hotels;
- Manage other ad-hoc administrative requests and operative task.
Qualifications
- 3+ years’ experience in sales, account management, business development, or revenue-related roles, ideally within the hospitality and tourism industry.
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal, is essential.
- Strong data-driven and analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends and opportunities, translate insights into clear recommendations, and implement effective action plans.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at different levels.
- Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to establish trust and develop mutually beneficial partnerships.
- Highly organised and self-motivated, with a demonstrated ability to prioritise effectively, manage multiple responsibilities, and deliver against key targets and deadlines.
- A proactive self-starter who is motivated, persistent, results-oriented, and comfortable taking ownership to drive key business outcomes.
- Commercially minded, with the ability to use data and market insights to support decision-making and drive performance.
- Strong work ethic and commitment to delivering an excellent level of service to both internal and external stakeholders.
