The Role: As a UI/UX Designer for the European Rail business, you will craft intuitive booking journeys across diverse European markets. From multilingual flows to ticket prototypes, you will transform complex rail logistics into seamless user experiences that resonate with European travellers.

In this Role, you’ll:

  • Design thoughtful and localised interfaces for European train ticketing.
  • Transform requirements into responsive wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes that deliver clear, user-friendly experiences across all devices and screen sizes.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers in developing new features.
  • Assist with user research, usability testing, and the analysis of user feedback.
  • Drive localisation design and international aesthetic research, exploring design styles and mastering design methodologies.

What you’ll Need to Succeed:

  • A degree in a design-related field, emphasising user experience, interaction design, or visual design.
  • Professional experience as a UI/UX designer. Experience designing digital products for European travel platforms is a plus.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in a collaborative, cross-functional environment, clear communication skills, and openness to feedback.
  • Proficiency in Figma, with hands-on experience using components, auto layout, design tokens (text and colour styles), and prototyping tools.
  • A polished online portfolio that communicates your process, shows a range of UX and UI work.
  • A native level of Mandarin is a plus.
