In this Role, you’ll get to:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for critical roles, from intake briefing to offer negotiation.
  • Ensure timely and high-quality candidate pipelines across all assigned functions.
  • Act as a strategic partner to business leaders and hiring managers, influencing decisions with data and market insights.
  • Drive improvements in recruitment efficiency, candidate experience, and employer branding.
  • Leverage recruitment metrics to track progress, identify gaps, and provide actionable insights.
  • Support workforce planning and talent mapping to anticipate future hiring needs.
  • Ensure recruitment processes are followed consistently and in line with compliance requirements.

What you'll Need to Succeed:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience handling end-to-end recruitment.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at senior levels.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, international environment is highly desirable.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to balance hands-on delivery with team coordination.
  • Comfortable with data, reporting, and using insights to drive recruitment strategies.
