This is one of the first marketing hires within the Europe Hotels team, working on a regional EU level with close collaboration across international teams, including Shanghai HQ. The role focuses on driving marketing initiatives across Europe's hotel accommodation market, partnering closely with local hotel chains, independent hotels, and internal commercial, product, and operations teams.

It's a broad, fast-paced position combining strategy and execution - from market insights and campaign support through to partner marketing, content, and go-to-market initiatives - with strong visibility and ownership from day one.

In this Role, you’ll get to:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for Europe’s hotel accommodation market, including designing internal training programs and external launch plans to enhance product penetration (internal adoption) and market acceptance (external adoption).
  • Conduct competitive analysis and market research, delivering actionable insights to support the commercial team’s decision-making and the product team’s iteration efforts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., product, sales, operations) and external partners (e.g., individual hotels, local chains) to align goals, coordinate resources, and ensure the smooth execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Translate product technical details into partner-centric value propositions, and create high-converting content across channels (case studies, landing pages, brochures, etc.) to build a compelling marketing content matrix.
  • Establish a full-funnel campaign monitoring and performance analysis system, leveraging data-driven insights to optimise strategies and achieve marketing KPIs accurately.
  • Continuously track global and Europe-local tourism & accommodation industry trends, marketing innovations, and best practices, refining strategies to drive incremental business growth.

What you’ll Need to Succeed:

  • At least 5 years of marketing experience, with preference for candidates from OTA platforms, tourism/accommodation sectors, or Europe-local related industries.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a relevant field.
  • Proficient in core marketing principles, omni-channel marketing methodologies, and practical case applications.
  • Mastery of user behavioural insight techniques and nudging marketing strategies; deep understanding of the OTA ecosystem, travel consumer decision-making journey, and Europe’s local market characteristics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with strong cross-team/cross-partner collaboration abilities; capable of managing multiple tasks and delivering results in a fast-paced, cross-cultural work environment.
  • English as a primary working language; proficiency in Chinese is a plus.
