Purpose of role
We are looking for a proactive team player with a passion for travel and strong organisational skills to join our London team, providing administrative support to hotel partners and the hotel supply network.
In this Role, you’ll get to:
- Support the team in maintaining relationships with local hotel partners and coordinate with other departments on assigned projects
- Ensure competitiveness of hotels within your portfolio
- Participate in market and competitor research
- Prepare business review reports as needed
- Help hotels resolve issues related to accounting, allotment, notifications, cancellations, etc.
- Coordinate merchandising activities for hotel partners, including special deals and promotions
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of content and photos for new and existing hotels
- Manage other ad‑hoc administrative requests and operational tasks
Qualifications / Skills
Essential:
- Detail‑oriented with fast learning capability
- 1–2 years’ experience in Travel & Tourism or E‑commerce industry – ideally Account Management or Revenue Management
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Dynamic, positive, proactive, and a great team player
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Google Workspace
- Legally authorised to work in the UK
Qualifications / Skills Advantageous:
- Experience in e‑commerce, marketing support, hotel reservations and coordination, or revenue/yield management
- Energy, proactivity, and enthusiasm with a real desire to grow and learn
