TripLink UK is seeking a skilled and experienced Finance Manager to join our growing London team. This critical role involves oversight of safeguarding arrangements, UK treasury operations, and financial controls, with a direct impact on regulatory compliance and strategic growth.

This position offers a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced, innovative environment where you can leverage your financial expertise to contribute to strategic decision-making and operational excellence. The role will involve close collaboration with our Shanghai headquarters and other regional offices in Amsterdam, Hong Kong, and Singapore.

In this Role, you’ll get to:

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements regarding the safeguarding of customer funds, including monitoring and reporting on safeguarding measures.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance the safeguarding function, ensuring alignment with best practices and regulatory standards.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments of safeguarding practices to identify areas for improvement and mitigate risks.
  • Oversee the UK Treasury function, including cash management, liquidity forecasting, and funding strategies to ensure the institution’s financial stability.
  • Monitor and manage relationships with banking partners and financial institutions to optimize treasury operations.
  • Conduct analysis and reporting on cash flow, liquidity positions, and investment opportunities.
  • Prepare and present financial reports to senior management, providing insights into the safeguarding function and treasury performance.
  • Analyze financial data to inform decision-making and strategic planning.
  • Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting in compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate financial risks associated with safeguarding and treasury operations.
  • Collaborate with compliance and risk management teams to ensure effective risk management practices are implemented.

What you\’ll Need to Succeed:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree or relevant professional qualifications (e.g., CA, ACCA) preferred.
  • Minimum of 8 years experience in finance management within the financial services sector, preferably in e-money or fintech.
  • Proven experience overseeing safeguarding functions and treasury management.
  • Strong understanding of UK regulatory frameworks related to e-money institutions and safeguarding practices.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.
  • Reside in United Kingdom.
