As part of the Product Growth team for Europe, reporting to the EU Product Growth Manager, your primary responsibility will be owning the User Experience and conversion funnel performance for the Train’s vertical at Trip.com UK. The Trains vertical at Trip.com is the fastest growing product line in the UK market and you’ll have the opportunity to shape the future of our app and web platform by setting the vision and roadmap for the front-end capabilities. Your work will focus on delivering best-in-class product solutions tailored to the needs of the UK rail travellers, ensuring seamless and impactful user experiences.

In this Role, you’ll get to:

  • Enhance User Experience: Build and optimise the domestic UK users experience, across app and web, for one of the largest online travel platforms by identifying pain points and implementing innovative solutions.
  • Champion Localisation: Constantly evaluate product-market fit and ensure products resonate with regional markets by integrating local user preferences and behaviours into the design process.
  • Leverage Data & Insights: Use advanced analytics, user research, and market trends to guide product decision-making and foster a data-driven culture.
  • Drive Strategy: Lead efforts to streamline booking flows, enhance conversion rates, and implement scalable solutions that align with business objectives.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with internal teams, Trip HQ, and external stakeholders to deliver seamless and high-impact product offerings.
  • Understand Customers: Regularly interact with users to gather insights and translate them into actionable product improvements that anticipate customer needs.

What you’ll Need to Succeed:

  • 3+ years in product management or operations, building high-quality products at scale and delivering exceptional results.
  • Track record of leading complex product launches, aligning cross-functional teams, and maintaining a high bar for design, strategy, and execution.
  • Passion for creating intuitive, impactful user experiences backed by strong user research, discovery methods, and data analysis.
  • Expertise in conversion flows and customer journeys for consumer-facing products, driving measurable impact.
  • Experience in high-growth, multi-market consumer tech environments, ideally in travel technology or the rail industry.
  • Enthusiastic about testing, optimisation, and achieving measurable improvements.
  • Exceptional ability to present ideas and insights clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences.
  • Full professional proficiency in English, additional European language is a plus.
