Join Trip.com as a Marketing Operations Manager and lead efforts to drive growth and efficiency. Optimize resources, manage localized content, and oversee marketing campaigns in collaboration with global teams. Identify market opportunities, establish partnerships, and leverage data insights to enhance user engagement and revenue. Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize available resources on Trip.com to drive traffic and revenue growth.
- Analyze and track internal and external data to uncover actionable insights and communicate them effectively.
- Identify and explore external partnership opportunities to increase user engagement and drive sales on the website.
- Work closely with internal business development teams to identify potential products for the target market.
- Collaborate with both local and international marketing teams to plan and execute marketing promotions on the Website/App.
- Assist in localizing content to ensure clear, accurate, and appealing product descriptions in the local language.
What you’ll Need to Succeed
- Passionate about the travel industry.
- Good understanding of digital marketing and tourism platforms.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration with various stakeholders.
- Strong negotiation skills, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Minimum of 2 years of marketing experience, preferably in e-commerce or the travel industry.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented.
- Proficiency in English, with French, Spanish, Italian language skills being a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, or a related field.
