  • Identify and engage with key decision‐makers across the travel, hospitality, and corporate sectors to expand market share and promote TripLink's VCC capabilities.
  • Develop market entry strategies for new geographies, leveraging local partnerships and regulatory insights.
  • Collaborate cross‐functionally with global product, compliance, risk, and operations teams to deliver a superior customer journey and ensure local market readiness.
  • Provide market intelligence and actionable feedback to shape product roadmaps, pricing strategy, and marketing initiatives.
  • Represent Trip.com Group at industry events, conferences, and partner meetings, positioning the company as a thought leader in virtual payments innovation.
  • Champion a data‐driven approach to sales performance, reporting, and forecasting.
  • Operate autonomously while maintaining close alignment with global business goals - combining entrepreneurial drive with strong corporate discipline.

What you'll Need to Succeed:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a Virtual Commercial Card, B2B payments, or Fintech‐related sales role - ideally with exposure to the travel, e‐commerce, or financial services industries.
  • Proven success in enterprise or partner‐based sales, demonstrating the ability to open new markets, close complex deals, and manage long sales cycles.
  • Strong understanding of commercial card products, payment flows, interchange, and rebate economics - particularly within a travel industry context.
  • Commercially sharp and analytically minded, with the ability to interpret financial data, model deal economics, and articulate value propositions clearly to clients.
  • Excellent relationship‐building and negotiation skills, capable of influencing senior stakeholders across multiple geographies.
  • High level of compliance and regulatory awareness, with a clear understanding of KYC/AML principles and local payment regulations.
  • A self‐starter mindset; comfortable working independently in a regional role while engaging cross‐border teams effectively.
  • Strong communication and presentation abilities, able to convey technical and financial concepts to both business and technical audiences.
