In this Role, you’ll get to:
- Drive direct supply sales by implementing projects from HQ level.
- Spot and identify key initiatives in growing direct supply sales by paying close attention to market trends, doing research, and diving into data.
- Initiate and implement projects by coordinating different teams to achieve team goals.
- Influence team members in facilitating local flight marketing activities and campaigns by utilizing the key initiatives.
- Identify, coordinate, and optimize the gaps and opportunities in terms of team efficiency and system functionality.
- Work closely with local team members and coordinate with HQ in terms of product, data, sales, and pricing capacities, not only aiming to improve Trip.com’s direct flight user experience but also aiming to achieve win-win relationships with key airline partners.
A data-driven mindset is a must.
What you’ll Need to Succeed:
- Fluent in English, Chinese is a plus.
- Able to work under pressure; comfortable coordinating and communicating with multiple stakeholders across departments.
- Detail-oriented; capable of owning campaign/event execution and system configuration tasks.
- Marketing experiences in OTAs are highly preferred.
