In this Role, you’ll get to:

  • Support to OM - various administrative tasks, invoice payments, office supplies ordering, managing stock, supporting with admin tasks for European offices, various researches and compiling data upon request.
  • Registering and receiving visitors. When they arrive showing them to the relevant office space. Assisting with hot desking system (when we establish such). Maintaining office security by following safety procedures and controlling access. Cooperating with our sister company and their Admin and HR Team Members.
  • Stocking up the kitchen, checking the fridge and cupboards for snacks and refreshments top up. Monitoring stock and food/snacks deliveries. Picking up mail and packages from the post room, opening, sorting and distributing.
  • Helping with office periodical Team activities: preparing refreshments, decorations, venue research etc.
  • Preparing "welcome pack - swag" for the new starters. Conducting welcome tours around the office for the joining Team Members and visitors.
  • Helping with moves of individuals when relocation within the office is required.
  • Keeping an eye on the office so everything runs smoothly. Ensure office area is always tidy and presentable.
  • Liaising with IT and HR Team.
  • Helping with adhoc Directors and Departments with various tasks as getting food or drinks from the coffee shop, tidying up conference rooms, stand-by duty during CEO/COO/VIP Visitors from our HQ.

What you’ll Need to Succeed:

  • Presence in the office.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Dedicated, committed, resourceful and proactive.
  • Previous experience in hospitality is desirable and MUST have a strong work ethic.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Professional attitude and appearance.
  • Written and verbal communication skills.
  • Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • High organizational skills.
  • Chinese language desirable but not necessary.
