To promote Trip.Biz’s awareness and corporate travel solution to the designed markets.

Secure the new agreement of global MNC and SME and facilitate the onboarding process.

Plan, develop, and execute the sales plan to deliver the key results.

Collaborate and consult with corporate clients with the goal of extending relationships, increasing the user adoption rate of Trip.Biz’s Travel Solution, and optimizing their investment.

Collaborate across Trip.Biz and Trip.com Group internal teams including product, finance, legal R&D, service & marketing teams in order to achieve clients’ expectations and secure the new agreement as well as client retention.

Work closely with business leads in both global and regional teams to mutually drive revenue growth.

Deliver against assigned quarterly goals while prioritising and delivering excellent client service to the clients.

Collaborate with Product Management and the rest of the cross-functional team to formulate and refine the product roadmap.

Lead projects and initiatives as required, with the ability to guide cross-functional teams to achieve established goals and deliverables as needed.

Perform research, quantitative analysis, and modelling as necessary to enable key business decisions.

Represent Trip.Biz in the destinations to increase brand awareness and interact with local partners by launching seminars, sales activities, tradeshow participation, and industry/partner events.

Prepare presentations and all the necessary reports.

Assist in additional tasks and projects when needed.

Key Requirements:

  • Fluent in English.
  • A minimum of 5 years experience in corporate development, business development/or a reputable global or local TMC/or in airline and acting in sales function/or in B2B/Bedbanks/Wholesale as and act in sales function.
  • Detail-oriented and fast learning capacity.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to adjust different communication methods depending on the stakeholders.
  • Strong knowledge of TMC.
  • Hungry for success but humble.
  • Fluent in Excel, PowerPoint, and any other related software to help day-to-day operations.
  • Willing to travel, if needed.
