We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Part-Time Administrative Assistant to support daily accounting and administrative operations. This role will assist with accounts payable processing, payroll time entry, accounts receivable invoice creation, and a variety of general office responsibilities to support the overall efficiency of the business. The ideal candidate is organized, accurate, professional, and capable of handling confidential information while working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Enter and process Accounts Payable (AP) invoices accurately and timely.
  • Create and distribute Accounts Receivable (AR) invoices.
  • Perform employee time entry and assist with payroll preparation activities.
  • Maintain organized financial and administrative records.
  • Assist with filing, scanning, and document management.
  • Support reconciliation of invoices and purchase orders as needed.
  • Respond to internal and external administrative inquiries professionally.
  • Assist with general office operations and clerical tasks.
  • Support scheduling, correspondence, and data entry activities.
  • Maintain office supplies and coordinate ordering when needed.
  • Perform other miscellaneous duties and special projects as assigned by the Business Manager.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous administrative, bookkeeping, or office support experience preferred.
  • Basic understanding of AP/AR processes and payroll support functions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
  • Experience with accounting or ERP software is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain confidentiality.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
