Trioscape Garden Centre is a proudly independent destination in the Gloucestershire countryside, known for our quality plants, creative displays, and friendly atmosphere. Our customers come to us for inspiration, expertise, and that personal touch — and our team is at the heart of it all.

Responsibilities

  • Managing and motivating the Plant Area team
  • Maintaining excellent plant care, presentation, and seasonal displays
  • Working closely with our own nursery, which grows and supplies much of our bedding and seasonal stock
  • Collaborating with our Plant Buyer to plan ranges, promotions, and layouts
  • Providing expert advice and a warm welcome to our customers

Qualifications

  • Strong horticultural knowledge and a passion for plants
  • Experience in garden centre retail or plant sales
  • Great people skills and a hands-on, proactive approach
  • A creative eye for displays and attention to detail
