We are delighted to currently be recruiting a temporary position in our Customer Services team to join us at our Bristol Head Office. This temporary assignment is 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday and starts asap until end of October 2025. This opportunity offers the benefits of hybrid working, typically this will require you to work from the Bristol office for a minimum of 2 days per week, with a choice of working from home or the office on the other days (following an initial training and induction period).

The overall purpose of this role is to provide exceptional customer focused service to both Triodos Banks’ external and internal customers, with a focus and commitment to meeting team quality and performance levels. With the ultimate aim of building and deepening relationships with customers and potential customers.

Working in a team environment you will support the completion of the team’s daily workflows, ensuring all processes and quality standards are met. Key responsibilities include:

  • Provide consistently high quality customer service.
  • Adhere to daily deadlines and timelines to ensure that relevant work is completed.
  • Communicate with internal stakeholders and customers throughout processes where necessary, ensuring the completion of all necessary steps in an efficient and timely manner.
  • Be responsible for completing, where required, all necessary Anti Money Laundering and regulatory checks and assessments on customers, ensuring that the Bank’s records are maintained and complete for compliance, audit and reporting requirements.
  • Comply with all regulatory obligations and internal governance to help ensure ethical behaviour, working to deliver good customer outcomes and avoiding foreseeable harm in line with Triodos’ practice of putting customers at the heart of what we do.
  • Recognise, respond to and take responsibility for any complaint you receive by phone, letter or email, following the correct process to record and respond to the complaint within FCA guidelines.
  • Being part of a culture of continuous improvement through demonstrating initiative and problem solving ability.

What we are looking for:

  • You will have previous administrative experience, ideally within a regulated industry. This experience would include working to service level agreements (SLAs), processing customer requests, data entry, and quality checking of work.
  • You will be highly customer and team focused and have excellent communication and listening skills.
  • You will have the ability to prioritise and manage your own workload while working within a regulated environment.
  • While previous banking and/or financial services experience would be desirable for this assignment, it is not essential.
