You will provide exceptional, customer-focused service to external and internal customers, while meeting regulated timescales and maintaining high team quality.

You will handle sensitive bereavement and vulnerable cases with empathy, work to SLA targets, complete banking and compliance tasks including AML checks, and contribute to continuous improvements in processes.
