Great opportunity for an experienced Service Engineer or Repair Technician to join a High Wycombe-based leading brand. This is a full-time permanent, on-site role working Monday to Friday.

The Role:

  • Taking delivery of machines and carrying out repairs and maintenance
  • Logging faults and root cause
  • Unpack and reassemble machines
  • Liaise closely with customer service team
  • List parts required to repair fault and recommended parts required
  • Answer product queries from the sales team
  • PAT testing

Skills and Experience:

  • You’ll have gained experience ideally in the electrical retail industry and have a keen interest in fixing/mending mechanical objects.
  • You’ll also demonstrate:
