Dealing with customers by phone and advising of appropriate products for them
Assisting customers with completion of forms ensuring key information is accurate
Updating internal systems with sales information
Producing documentation for new products
Maintaining customer records and handling renewals
Responding to email and phone enquiries from the websiteSkills and Experience required:

The ability to provide excellent customer service
Great telephone manner
Strong MS Office skills
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
