We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Senior Content and Proposal Manager to drive the success of our global sales team in achieving revenue goals and supporting customer retention. The Senior Content and Proposal Manager partners directly with Sales, Pre-Sales, Information Security, and Legal teams to deliver high-quality, strategic responses to global customers and prospects during the vendor selection process. In this role, you will enable Sales Executives, Account Managers, Solution Consultants, and Partner Sales Representatives to accelerate deal cycles and drive revenue growth. You will collaborate across business units to develop proposal strategies, craft technical responses, maintain a robust content library, and continuously improve proposal workflows.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Own the end-to-end proposal process, including task delegation, drafting technical responses, managing revisions, and final submission.
- Partner closely with Sales and technical teams to clearly articulate the value of Trintech’s proprietary technology in alignment with standard bid response processes.
- Prepare timely, accurate, and comprehensive responses to RFPs, RFIs, and other customer requests.
- Develop, enhance, and maintain compelling RFP content that showcases the value of Trintech’s cloud software portfolio.
- Centralize and organize proposal content to improve accessibility, increase usage, and support key business metrics.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts, including Solution Consultants and Cybersecurity Analysts, to ensure technical accuracy and completeness of responses.
- Maintain and update bid response templates, partner packages, and knowledge base content.
- Support completion of Information Security and SaaS due diligence questionnaires (DDQs) and related surveys.
- Assist Legal in reviewing proposed InfoSec and SaaS-related contract language when required.
- Ensure all responses comply with organizational policies, legal requirements, and industry best practices.
- Communicate proposal status and key updates to internal stakeholders.
- Partner with Sales leadership to improve proposal workflows and close process knowledge gaps.

- Contribute to reporting, compliance initiatives, and special projects as needed.
- Help develop best practices and update policies related to proposal management.
- Participate in relevant external training aligned with business needs.
WHAT YOU’LL HAVE
- Extensive proposal management experience, with a strong focus on technical RFP writing in the software or technology industry.
- Strong technical writing skills with knowledge of SaaS solutions and cloud technologies.
- Hands-on experience with Responsive (formerly RFPiO), Loopio, Expedience, or similar proposal management tools.
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, basic Excel, and Adobe editing tools.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills, including active listening, social awareness, and self-management.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally within a growing SaaS organization.
- Bilingual proficiency in a European language is a plus.
