In this role, you’ll be the engine behind deal execution, forecasting accuracy and operational excellence—driving efficiency through data, process, and cross‑functional collaboration. What You’ll Do
- Own deal execution end‑to‑end: quotes, contracts, renewals, and order processing
- Partner with Sales on pricing, discounting, and contract structuring to close deals faster
- Build accurate forecasts by auditing pipeline data, deal values, and booking alignment
- Ensure data integrity across Salesforce and contract systems—no gaps, no surprises
- Collaborate cross‑functionally (Legal, Finance, Product) to resolve deal blockers in real time
- Create and refine scalable processes, documentation, and best practices for sales enablement
- Deliver actionable insights and performance tracking to EMEA and US leadership
Who You Are
- 3+ years in Sales Ops / RevOps, ideally in a SaaS environment
- Fluent in Salesforce and contract tools (e.g. DocuSign); strong Excel skills a must
- Detail‑obsessed with the ability to juggle multiple priorities without dropping the ball
- Analytical thinker who can spot issues early and solve them proactively
- Clear communicator who works seamlessly across teams and time zones
