Trintech is an award-winning, AI-driven FinTech organisation transforming the way finance teams operate. We’re looking for an ambitious, self-motivated New Business Sales Professional to join our UK/I Commercial Sales team and play a key role in driving our continued growth. This is a hands-on, direct sales role with real impact. You’ll own the full sales cycle—from identifying new opportunities to closing deals—while collaborating closely with consultants, resellers, and technology partners to deliver value to our customers.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Drive new business by building and managing a strong pipeline through outbound prospecting, marketing-generated leads, and self-sourced opportunities.
- Engage and qualify prospects, developing trusted relationships within your territory to uncover operational and business challenges.
- Collaborate across teams, working with partners and internal stakeholders to bring our value proposition to life for potential customers.
- Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers across the Office of the CFO, aligning Trintech’s solutions with their strategic goals.
- Lead the deal—navigate negotiations, guide senior executives through a consultative sales process, and successfully close opportunities.
- Maintain excellence in execution through accurate, timely CRM management in Salesforce.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- 3–4 years of experience in SaaS or software sales. A solid understanding of sales methodologies, processes, and best practices.
- Experience with accounting or finance processes is a plus, but not required.
