Trintech is an award-winning AI‑driven Fintech SaaS organization transforming the way finance teams operate and we’re looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to generate pipeline and revenue across both paid and organic channels. From search and paid social to SEO, content amplification and AI‑powered marketing execution, you’ll play a key role in scaling demand generation across Europe’s most strategic markets.

What you’ll do

  • Create, lead and execute digital marketing strategies across UKI, Scandinavia, DACH and Benelux.
  • Drive pipeline growth through highly‑targeted paid and organic demand generation programs.
  • Own performance across channels including paid search, paid social, retargeting and website conversion optimization.
  • Take an AI‑first approach to campaign execution, personalization, reporting and operational efficiency.
  • Optimize digital campaigns through continuous testing, audience refinement and data analysis.
  • Support localized campaigns, SEO strategies and messaging tailored to regional audiences and buying behaviors.
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide clear reporting on pipeline contribution, ROI and channel effectiveness.

Who you are

  • A B2B SaaS digital marketing expert with experience driving pipeline and revenue across multiple European markets.
  • Strong hands‑on expertise across both paid and organic channels, including PPC, Paid Social, SEO and conversion optimization.
  • Experienced using AI tools to improve marketing execution, productivity and campaign performance.
  • Commercially focused, understanding how marketing activities directly impact pipeline and revenue outcomes.
  • Highly analytical and confident managing budgets, campaign optimization and performance reporting.
  • Comfortable working across regional markets with an understanding of localization and market nuances within UKI, DACH, Scandinavia and Benelux.
  • Passionate about modern digital marketing and constantly looking for smarter, faster and more scalable ways to execute.
