Trintech is an award‑winning AI‑driven fintech SaaS organisation and we are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to help design, develop, and deliver high‑quality, scalable multi‑tier SaaS applications using modern web, desktop, and hybrid cloud technologies to meet customer and business needs. The role provides technical leadership within Agile teams, building robust frameworks, resolving complex issues, and applying best practices in CI/CD, quality‑first development, and system performance. The Senior Software Engineer mentors team members, establishes technical standards, and leverages technology expertise to support strategic business objectives and continuous improvement.
What you’ll do
- Design, develop, test and deliver innovative solutions to customer/technical challenges and diagnose and resolve complex issues.
- Work in Agile teams following Agile + SAFe methodologies to deliver high‑quality products on time with performance and localization requirements.
- Build robust frameworks and resolve complex issues.
- Maintain and improve existing codebases, ensuring high‑quality and efficient software.
- Apply best practices in CI/CD, quality‑first development, and system performance.
- Document all development processes, changes, and strategies.
- Participate actively in continuous learning to adopt new technologies and best practices.
- Work closely with cross‑functional teams to understand requirements and implement comprehensive solutions.
- Design and develop AI‑driven capabilities, including building or integrating AI agents, automation workflows, and intelligent services to enhance platform functionality and user experience.
- Mentor team members and establish technical standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years’ experience in software development.
- Strong experience in .NET MVC, .NET Core, JavaScript and/or Angular, and SQL, SQL Server.
- Hands‑on experience building modular and component‑based front‑end applications with a strong grasp of JavaScript and/or Angular.
- Familiar with CI/CD including Azure Pipelines or similar deployment technologies.
- Interest in emerging AI technologies and their practical application in enterprise software development.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Successful track record delivering high‑quality and thoroughly tested products on time.
- Ability to adhere to technical standards and influence peers within a development team.
- Experience or familiarity with AI/ML concepts and tools, including building or consuming AI agents (e.g., LLM‑based workflows, copilots, Codex or automation agents), prompt design, and integrating AI services into applications.
- Excellent problem‑solving abilities and strong analytical skills.
- Highly motivated and self‑directed, capable of multi‑tasking, and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process preferred.
