We’re looking for a GTM Engineer with 2–3+ years of experience in growth, GTM, or RevOps roles within B2B SaaS to solve our most critical revenue challenge: generating a high volume of high-quality enterprise leads that convert into closed-won revenue. You’ll spearhead our lead and pipeline generation from day one, making sure we hit our Net New Pipeline targets and keep our Commercial Teams supplied with enough deals to reach quota. This is a builder role for someone who thrives in a fast-moving scale-up. You’ll own the full top-of-funnel engine — from ICP definition and data sourcing through to enrichment, sequencing, and pipeline delivery. Operating at the intersection of growth marketing and sales strategy, you’ll work closely with RevOps, Marketing, and Sales to design and scale the automated systems that feed our revenue engine with qualified pipeline.
What You’ll Do
- Own Top-of-Funnel Pipeline Generation: Support with the definition of our ICP, build and maintain target account lists, source and enrich contact data, and design outbound systems that deliver a consistent, high-quality lead volume into the pipeline.
- Build & Run Outbound Infrastructure: Set up and manage cold email infrastructure including domain warm-up, deliverability monitoring, and sending cadences. Own sequencing platforms (e.g. Instantly, Smartlead) and LinkedIn outreach automation end-to-end.
- Deploy AI-Powered GTM Playbooks: Design and implement signal-based prospecting workflows — using intent data, technographic signals, funding triggers, and job change alerts to reach the right accounts at the right moment.
- Funnel Engineering: Improve conversion rates at every stage from initial lead capture to booked opportunity to closed-won through advanced targeting, data enrichment, and routing logic.
- Experiment & Measure: Build performance dashboards, run structured A/B tests on messaging and sequencing, analyse funnel data to identify bottlenecks, and iterate rapidly on what works.
What We’re Looking For
- B2B SaaS Experience: 2–3+ years in a GTM, Growth, RevOps, or outbound-focused role with a demonstrable track record of driving top-of-funnel pipeline growth — not just maintaining it.
- Outbound Systems Builder: Hands-on experience building enrichment waterfalls, outbound sequences, and automated prospecting workflows. You’ve built the machine, not just used it.
- ICP & Signal Thinking: You understand how to define an ICP, layer in buying signals, and build targeting logic that prioritises accounts most likely to convert — not just those that match a firmographic filter.
- Data-Driven Mindset: Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate funnel data into actionable experiments and process improvements.
- Self-Starter: High autonomy, low ego. You’re comfortable operating without a playbook and excited by the opportunity to build one.
