Trusted by the world’s leading newsrooms, production studios and communications teams, Trint combines exceptional transcription quality with powerful, media-ready workflows that reflect a deep understanding of how content is created, edited and distributed at scale. Our AI-powered platform transforms audio, video and live recordings into highly accurate, editable text in 40+ languages. This enables teams to quickly find key moments, collaborate seamlessly and turn raw recordings into compelling stories – all with best-in-class security and AI policies to ensure nobody sees your transcripts (or data) but you.
The Role: As Trint’s Content Writer, you’ll join the brand team reporting directly to the Head of Brand & Creative. Our audience is primarily storytellers so, to lead by example, this role requires someone who has both strong writing skills and also a conceptual mindset to help work with our design team and showcase how Trint can fit into our customers’ worlds. Aligning to existing Tone of Voice guidelines, you will translate Trint’s product value and brand personality into engaging content that drives awareness, conversion and customer adoption. This is a high performing team so you will need to work efficiently and be proactive with content ideas to enable Trint to pivot on business objectives when opportunities arise.
Responsibilities:
- Short-Form Copy: Write, edit and proofread copy for Trint’s marketing channels including emails, social media, landing pages and printed collateral. Ensure every headline and paragraph aligns to the Tone of Voice and, ideally, get organisations to realise their work would be so much easier with Trint.
- Long-Form Content: Develop compelling content that positions Trint as a thought leader within our target industries and show we understand the workflows and needs of our core audience. This could include articles, eBooks, whitepapers and customer case studies.
- Conceptual Thinking: Work with designers to develop innovative and strategically driven concepts for marketing campaigns, webpages, social media initiatives, event booths and any other creative ways we can bring to life Trint’s features.
- Product Adoption Content: Create clear and persuasive copy for customer onboarding flows, in-product messaging and educational materials to maximise feature adoption and usage.
- Organic Social Management: As well as writing skills, you will be required to own Trint’s organic channels and write/post content on a regular basis, as well as suggest newsworthy events Trint can react to on social.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to understand project requirements, timelines and target audiences. Also develop strong connections with the product team to become familiar with Trint’s features – ensuring you are confident how Trint works and always know how to express this when creating content.
Proven Experience: A minimum of four years of professional writing experience (short form & long form), showing impeccable grammar, attention to detail and a strong understanding of editorial best practices.
Versatility: Demonstrated ability to switch between short-form, persuasive copywriting (for ads/emails) and detailed, long-form content (for blogs/eBooks).
Social Media Native: An understanding of social media (especially Linkedin) and willingness to take ownership of Trint’s organic channels to help grow brand awareness.
Proactive & Organised: Excellent time management and organisational skills with the ability to work autonomously, manage a content calendar and meet tight deadlines.
AI Literacy: Be open to using AI tools to help streamline your role, whether creating first drafts of articles and social posts, or suggesting ways the team can do more creatively. At the same time, AI should be used as a tool and not an output. Trint copywriting should always feel human and not regurgitated chatbot garbage.
Bonus Points:
- A background in advertising, PR or creative agencies.
- Strategic mindset to understand marketing objectives and tailor content to drive specific business outcomes.
- Experience using Figma and Google Suite.
- A genuine interest in AI and content creation technology.
What We Offer:
- The opportunity to work on a cutting-edge product in a rapidly growing company.
