Are you ready to rethink your routine? We’re looking for a Trade Marketing Manager to join our Commercial & Trade Marketing Team. Reporting into our Head of Commercial & Trade Marketing, you will be a creative and strategic relationship-builder focused on driving brand growth through high-impact marketing plans. You will be responsible for establishing and nurturing retailer partnerships alongside the Commercial team to optimise the brand both in-store and online.

The Role: Your daily to-dos might look like this:
- Trade Planning: Work with the Commercial team to build annual trade marketing plans with retail partners, identifying key moments to amplify awareness and drive acquisition.
- Campaign Execution: Align marketing activation and spend to brand campaigns and NPD moments tailoring plans bespoke to retailers.
- Retailer Alignment: Run regular operational meetings and bi-annual strategic planning sessions with retailers to align on partnership goals and activation planning.
- Content & Tactics: Deliver bespoke, location-relevant content and sales-driving tactics for key doors and campaigns.
- Internal Collaboration: Feed requirements into the central marketing function and collaborate with Retail and Creative teams for execution.
- Financial Oversight: Manage trade budget within retailer P&L, ensuring all spend delivers ROI, and share learnings with wider team.
- Store Launches: Plan and negotiate best-in-class marketing support for each new store launch.
- Production & Events: Brief and manage the production of marketing POS and organise large-scale brand events.
- Strategy: Utilise media to drive awareness and support the Retail team with eventing toolkits across the region.
- Logistics: Coordinate with the planning team to ensure stock is organised to support all marketing activity.
These skills will help you go far in this role:
- Proven experience in trade marketing working with retail partners and translating brand calendars into retail activation plans.
- Experience in translating brand calendars into activation plans within Retail.
- You can balance creativity with strategic intent.
- Success in negotiating marketing support and experience managing/justifying budget spend.
- A passion for the beauty industry and an appetite for continuous learning and development.
- Structured and organised, comfortable working with a "hands-on" approach with the ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing startup environment.
- An appetite for learning and development.
- Excellent relationship-building and written/verbal communication skills.
- Excellent PowerPoint and presentation skills.
