Trinny London is a rapidly growing beauty brand founded in 2017. We are looking for Makeup Artists to join our sparkling Jersey team.
Responsibilities
- Greeting all customers on the counter, providing exceptional customer service and guidance from introduction to sale.
- Providing a personalised consultative approach to all customers, including additional beauty services such as the Match2Me experience and appointments where possible.
- Demonstrating and recommending products to achieve desired looks and address individual concerns.
- Conducting pre‑booked customer make‑up appointments.
- Meeting and exceeding sales targets by actively promoting and selling makeup and skincare products.
- Upselling and cross‑selling related beauty and skincare items to maximise sales opportunities.
- Collaborating with the team to achieve overall sales goals.
- Keeping the makeup section well‑organised, clean and visually appealing.
- Implementing and maintaining attractive displays to highlight featured products and promotions.
- Keeping makeup tools and workstations clean and sanitised to meet health and safety standards.
Requirements
- Experience in a retail position, ideally within beauty or cosmetics.
- Passionate about makeup and skincare.
- Experience with customer relationship management and data capture targets.
- Adaptable and confident in an ever‑changing, fast‑paced high‑pressure environment.
- Positive and can‑do attitude.
- Comfortable and motivated by working towards and exceeding targets and KPIs.
- Flexible working hours, including bank holidays and weekends.
