Are you ready to rethink your routine? We’re looking for a driven and analytical Performance Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic team. Reporting to our Performance Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing, optimising, and evolving our existing performance marketing channels. The Role: Your daily to-dos might look like this:

  • Support the execution and day-to-day coordination of activities across key acquisition channels, including but not limited to paid social (Meta, Pinterest, TikTok), paid search (Google), and potentially affiliate marketing, display, etc.
  • Assist the Performance Marketing Manager in implementing campaign strategies to achieve ambitious acquisition and ROI targets, and help ensure budgets are utilised effectively.
  • Monitor campaign performance regularly, tracking key metrics (CPA, ROAS, LTV), and assisting in the identification of areas for improvement.
  • Contribute to regular KPI performance reporting, helping to extract actionable insights for the paid media team and wider digital department.
  • Prepare and set up campaigns, ensuring each activity adheres to best-in-class practices and meets pre-determined live dates.
  • Coordinate the creation and management of creative briefs across multiple channels, collaborating closely with the in-house design team to ensure best practices and timelines are met for asset creation.
  • Assist in the identification, proposal, and coordination of small-scale creative tests across digital channels.
  • Support the setup and launch of new campaigns, ensuring accurate tracking and targeting is in place.
  • Assist in the testing and analysis of performance data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide support in the development and launch of campaigns for broader business initiatives and new product launches.
  • Research and identify new and emerging digital marketing channels and opportunities for growth, supporting the team with insights.
  • Thoughtfully manage tactical execution of audience targeting, creative testing, and bid management on Meta to drive efficient CPA.
  • Collaborate directly with the in-house design team to brief and develop engaging ad assets tailored to platform and objective.
