We are looking for a Team Leader to join our sparkling Norwich counter located in Jarrolds. This role will report into the Business Counter Manager.
Responsibilities
- Conduct all types of services from pre‑booked appointments to walk‑ups, ensuring a consistent Trinny London Match2me experience for all customers.
- Deliver impeccable customer service in a fast‑paced environment while achieving and exceeding KPIs.
- Stay up to date with the latest skincare and makeup trends and improve product knowledge and artistry with the training team.
- Drive sales to reach daily and monthly sales targets.
- Assist the Business Manager with planning events to increase sales and footfall.
- Motivating and inspiring the team to improve their artistry and product knowledge.
Qualifications
- Experience leading a team, ideally within the luxury sector.
- Passion for makeup and skincare.
- Proven experience leading a team to success within the retail industry.
- Adaptable and confident with an ever‑changing environment.
- Positive and can‑do attitude.
- Strong communication and mathematical skills.
- Comfortable working towards and exceeding KPIs.
- Punctual and organised.
