Are you ready to rethink your routine? We're looking for a Team Leader to join our sparkling Norwich counter located in Jarrolds. This role will report into the Business Counter Manager. A Trinny London Artist is the true heart of where everything happens. You'll be responsible for embodying our mission of giving our customers the tools they need to be their best every day using our stackable, portable, curated makeup and our award-winning skincare. You'll do this by combining your next-level artistry skills with impressive product knowledge and a passion for people. You believe in the product being accessible to everyone, and you can adapt your style to suit the needs of each customer.

Your key responsibilities are:

  • Conduct all types of services from pre-booked appointments to walk-ups, ensuring that you deliver the Trinny London Match2me experience to all
  • Delivering impeccable customer service
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment to achieve and exceed KPIs
  • Staying up to date with the latest skincare and makeup trends
  • Improving product knowledge and artistry with the training team
  • Driving sales in order to reach daily and monthly sales targets
  • Assisting the Business Manager with planning events to increase sales and footfall
  • Motivating and inspiring the team to improve their artistry and product knowledge

The essential skills and experience required to succeed in this role are:

  • Experience leading a team, ideally within the luxury sector
