We’re looking for a Supply Chain Assistant to join our Operations team.
This role will report into the Senior Supply Planner.
This role will provide hands-on support to our growing team in London through day-to-day operational tasks, inventory reconciliation, and ERP administration.

Your day to day responsibilities will look like this
- Support day-to-day supply chain functions and maintain process documentation in line with quality requirements.
- Liaison with suppliers, chasing overdue items to ensure deliveries remain on schedule.
- Create accurate On-Time-In-Full (OTIF) reports to track supplier delivery performance.
- Manage inventory levels, monitor top and bottom performing lines, and flag upcoming risks.
- Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies across two distribution centers and supplier warehouses.
- Assist with data capture into CSV files, system migrations, and error spot-checking.
- Utilise AI tools to streamline workflows, draft communications, and share efficiencies with the wider team.
Requirements
These skills will help you go far in this role
- Strong Excel skills (e. g. formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP) — essential for this role.
- Data literacy and strong numerical reasoning.
- MS Office competency, particularly Outlook.
- Good interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate confidently both externally with
- suppliers and internally with colleagues.
- Good time management and organisational skills to meet timescales and deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Problem-solving abilities.
- Customer-focused, self-motivated, flexible and adaptable.
- Good computer literacy, including comfort using AI tools to support day-to-day tasks.
- Some previous experience in supply chain or procurement desired.
- Some previous experience with ERP systems required.
