Are you ready to rethink your routine? As our Lifecycle Coordinator, you will be the operational engine powering our retention strategy during a key transformative period. You are a high-performing, CRM-savvy marketer ready to jump in from Day 1 to protect critical business continuity, scale high-impact personalisation, and safeguard our strategic capacity.

You will be the go-to contact for the day-to-day coordination, building, and execution of customer retention campaigns. Working closely with the digital and creative teams, you will support the delivery of key customer lifecycle initiatives that drive repeat purchases and build loyalty.

The Role: Your day-to-day responsibilities will look like this:

  • Manage the email marketing calendar, including campaign building, testing, quality assurance, and scheduling to ensure accurate and timely deployments.
  • Work closely with the wider Lifecycle team to provide operational support on product launches and automated customer journeys across email, SMS, and direct mail channels.
  • Support ongoing audit templates and segments for Shopify migration to protect customer journeys and improve conversion.
  • Use Asana to coordinate campaign assets, alongside the Lifecycle Co-Ordinator, partnering with creative, copy and other internal teams to execute deliverables against agreed timelines and manage risks or delays.
  • Report on performance data, across KPI’s such as open rate, click-through rate and conversion, to identify trends, provide actionable insights and highlight opportunities.
  • Execute structured A/B testing on subject lines, creative, and audiences to document and apply learnings.
  • Utilise AI tools to streamline workflows for copy development, ideation, and reporting while maintaining quality.
  • Maintain organised campaign documentation and shared trackers for team accessibility.
  • Collaborate across Marketing, Creative, and E-Commerce to align lifecycle activity with commercial priorities.
  • Apply an organised, proactive approach to improve processes and overall channel performance.

Requirements: These skills will help you go far in this role:

  • Hands-on experience managing CRM/ESP platforms (ideally Ometria or comparable platforms) within a premium beauty, lifestyle, or fast-paced DTC environment, is essential. HTML/Jinja experience is an added bonus.
  • Previous operational experience, taking ownership of build, QA, and deployment processes with minimal ramp-up time. Experience working with platform development or migration is desired.
  • Highly organised with great time management skills, capable of juggling daily operational tasks alongside support for longer-term projects.
  • Comfortable working with numbers, with a knowledge of Excel and/or Google Sheets to assist in tracking and interpreting campaign performance.
  • An attention to detail, ensuring zero typos, correct link tracking, and seamless visual layout across all email deployments.
  • Approachable and enthusiastic, with strong communication skills required to work cross-functionally and maintain strong internal relationships.
  • A positive attitude toward change and flexibility in daily tasks, with the maturity to seek guidance when unsure or when complex issues arise.
  • A strong appetite for digital tech and a genuine passion for the future of AI; hands-on experience or a strong curiosity toward using AI tools to boost productivity and creative execution.
