Trinny London is looking for a candidate that is ready to take on a highly fast-paced, creative and strategic role, overseeing Brand and Product Marketing and reporting into the CMO. The Head of Marketing leads the strategic direction and execution of brand and product marketing across Trinny London. Setting the narrative and strategy for the brand, this role leads campaign planning, execution and product marketing and works closely with Creative, Social, PR, Advocacy, Ecomm and Retail to drive awareness, engagement, and growth globally.

You’ll lead a cross-functional team responsible for creating, delivering, and optimising integrated marketing plans that connect brand, product, and customer insight—ensuring every campaign, launch, and activation strengthens our brand equity and commercial performance.

The Role

  • Drive the product marketing roadmap, overseeing the strategy for all new product launches and reactivations.
  • Lead brand campaigns and always-on strategy, ensuring compelling consumer propositions and creative campaign strategies to deliver customer acquisition, conversion, and retention.
  • Partner with the Product Development team to shape and articulate innovative product propositions that resonate with our target audience.
  • Ownership of global marketing calendar, ensuring continuous storytelling that drives engagement, relevance, and brand salience.
  • Build and maintain robust product marketing frameworks and benchmarks to inform decision-making and performance optimisations across pricing, messaging and position.
  • Build trusted, collaborative partnerships with key stakeholders across Social, PR, Creative, Product Innovation, Retail, and Ecomm/Digital.
  • Lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing marketing team, creating a culture of excellence and empowerment.
  • Drive multi-channel marketing activations, ensuring robust measurement and continuous optimisation.
  • Act as a key liaison between creative and commercial teams to ensure all activity supports overarching brand and business goals.
  • Expert on emerging trends, consumer insights and market dynamics to lead brand and product marketing evolution.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience operating at a Head of Marketing or equivalent senior level, driving brand vision and departmental growth.
  • Proven ability to architect and execute integrated activation plans that align with overarching business objectives.
  • Strong financial acumen with a focus on leveraging data-driven insights to optimize commercial performance and ROI.
  • A track record of mentoring and scaling high-performance teams to reach their full potential.
  • Deep-rooted marketing fluency with a comprehensive understanding of the media landscape.
  • Skilled at building cross-functional partnerships and driving alignment across diverse departments.
  • An impactful communicator who presents with confidence and can influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Thrives in fast-paced, agile environments with a focus on meticulous detail and high-stakes prioritisation.
