Are you ready to rethink your routine? We’re looking for an Ecommerce Marketplaces Manager to join our amazing Digital team. Reporting into our Head of Ecommerce, you’ll be pivotal in pushing boundaries to ensure we provide relevant and impactful customer experiences on our third-party websites, with data-led decisions in a fast-paced environment.

The Role: Your daily to-dos might look like this:

  • Devise and drive trading, promotional, marketing and merchandising strategies, in close collaboration with planning, marketing and wider ecommerce team, to achieve and exceed targets for our third-party websites.
  • Develop and maintain a strong relationship with each partner and external agency to recognise any gaps in ways of working and identify opportunities.
  • Execute the online marketplace strategy, be responsible for annual forecasting and planning of third-party channels, with awareness of the P&L for each channel to drive operational changes, trading decisions and maximise profit.
  • Identify opportunities to optimise performance and succinctly provide insight and performance reviews; identifying trade risks and opportunities through forecasting and a data-led approach.
  • Identify and present potential new opportunities, displaying an in-depth, customer-focused knowledge of UK, Ireland, US International online markets.
  • Support the onboarding of any new third-party channel, defining the required processes alongside key internal stakeholders and constantly looking to improve upon existing processes and systems to increase team efficiency and speed-to-market.
  • Ensure an on-brand experience across all third-party channels aligned to the channel requirements, through imagery, product data and enhanced content.
  • Plan, manage and optimise marketing spend within any 3rd party partner platforms.
  • Assess content and creative assets to enable best fit content creation between internal and 3rd party teams.
  • Manage the product critical path for 3rd party websites alongside Planning, Commercial and Tech with successful, timely and relevant to channel product launches, ensuring newness is delivered as and when needed according to trade requirements.

Requirements: These skills will help you go far in this role:

  • Demonstrable experience in a similar marketplace role.
  • Experienced working for a DTC retailer or beauty brand desirable, with a customer-centric approach.
  • Experience managing trade performance of marketplace channels, launching new marketplace channels and delivering growth globally.
  • Approachable, collaborative and hands-on approach working cross-functionally; eager to roll up the sleeves and get deeply involved, as a team player.
  • Data-driven and comfortable deriving insights and proposing actions, with ability to independently analyse data while also working with BI teams.
  • Can easily identify trends and risks, communicating and taking action as needed.
  • Highly organised with the ability to prioritise heavy workloads in a matrix environment.
  • An eye for detail, obsessed with planning and optimising at all levels of detail.
  • Proactive and positive approach to problem solving, a solution-finder.
  • A self-starter who is confident in independently executing strategy.
  • Enjoys and excels working in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
