You will be the driving force behind product enrichment, trade reporting, and platform discoverability.

Welcome to Trinny London! Here at Trinny London, we’re changing the face of makeup and demystifying skincare, and we're only just getting started. Founded in 2017 by Trinny Woodall, Trinny London is challenging people all over the world to rethink their routines. We have achieved tremendous growth since 2017 and we’re proud to be one of Europe’s fastest-growing beauty brands.

Our Values: We live by three core values: we bring fearless passion, we act with smart intent and we all wear yellow. We always go the extra mile, working together to push boundaries and celebrate our wins and learnings as a team. We listen to every idea, big or small, and make considered decisions. We support each other to achieve our goals and thrive on collaboration.

The Role: Your daily to-dos might look like this:

  • Product Enrichment & Discoverability: Take ownership of product enrichment. Ensuring all product data, imagery, and enhanced content are accurate, on-brand, and optimised so our products are easily discoverable across all third-party platforms, and beyond.
  • Critical Path Management: Manage the product critical path for 3rd party .com retailers with successful, timely and relevant to channel product, campaign and promotion launches, in partnership with the commercial and retail teams.
  • Partner stock availability: Work together with the Planning team to monitor and optimise stock position with partners. Support with any updates of unique product identifiers.
  • Cross-Platform Consistency: Champion our brand standards by ensuring all successful learnings, content updates, and customer insights from TrinnyLondon.com are implemented across our third-party marketplaces.
  • Trade Reporting & Analysis: Generate regular trade reports and assist with in-depth product analysis. You will track performance, monitor KPIs, and use data to highlight what is working and where we can improve.
  • Trading Activations: Propose and support with the execution of trading, promotional, marketing and merchandising strategies, to achieve and exceed targets for our third-party websites, working in collaboration with our Commercial team to achieve a united omni channel strategy.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Build strong working relationships across the business. In collaboration with the Commercial team, foster strong working relationships with key partner contacts to enable successful delivery of trading activations.
  • Benchmarking: Display a strong understanding of UK, Ireland & US online markets. Be able to identify and present potential new localised opportunities, based on global strategy.
  • Onboarding & Process: Assist in the onboarding of new third-party channels by managing the administrative setup, product listings, and general speed-to-market.

Requirements: These skills will help you go far in this role:

  • Experience in a similar ecommerce or marketplace role. Experience working directly for a DTC retailer or beauty brand.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in trade reporting, comfortable working with data to spot trends and track performance.
  • An absolute eye for detail; you are obsessed with accuracy when it comes to product data, enrichment, and platform presentation.
  • Has a good grounding in SEO and GEO knowledge, is excited for the changing LLM landscape and opportunities this presents to retailers.
  • Approachable, collaborative, and hands-on; eager to roll up your sleeves and get deeply involved as a true team player.
  • Highly organised with the ability to prioritise varying workloads.
  • A proactive and positive approach to problem-solving; a solution-finder who takes initiative.
  • Enjoys and excels at working in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.

We love to hear from anybody interested in Trinny London! Although it’s useful to have the skills listed above, we’re always eager to hear from ambitious people looking for their next challenge.

Benefits: Our mission is to give our customers the tools they need to be their best. And the same goes for our team through our benefits:

  • 25 days holiday (we're also partial to a handful of spontaneous and well-earned Wellbeing Days throughout the year, as well as Early Finish Fridays and Summer Fridays).
