Are you ready to rethink your routine? We’re looking for a Mid-weight Art Director to help ideate, capture and shape how we show up creatively across all of our channels. Reporting directly to the Senior Art Director, you’ll be responsible for campaign execution, with the ability to take ideas and turn them into fully fleshed out concepts. You’ll be the bridge between a raw brief and an exciting, engaging and entertaining campaign. You are a creative “do-er” who thrives at pace. Whether you’re deep in AI assisted moodboarding, directing a social first video edit, or presenting a pitch-deck, you bring a distinct point of view that sets us apart from the wider beauty landscape.
Welcome to Trinny London! Here at Trinny London, we’re changing the face of makeup and demystifying skincare, and we're only just getting started. Founded in 2017 by Trinny Woodall, Trinny London is challenging people all over the world to rethink their routines. We have achieved tremendous growth since 2017 and we’re proud to be one of Europe’s fastest-growing beauty brands. We’re generating millions of sales by developing innovative products, acquiring hundreds of thousands of supporters and customers all over the world, and more importantly, building a talented and motivated team to support our fantastic growth.
Our Values
We live by three core values: we bring fearless passion, we act with smart intent and we all wear yellow. We always go the extra mile, working together to push boundaries and celebrate our wins and learnings as a team. We listen to every idea, big or small, and make considered decisions. We support each other to achieve our goals and thrive on collaboration.
The Role
Your daily to-dos might look like this:
- Concept to Creation: Every concept starts with an idea. Be part of the ideation process and take those initial seeds of ideas and grow them into fully fleshed-out concepts through moodboards, storyboards, and deep-dive references.
- Creative Execution: Guide the creative execution across stills and video, ensuring every frame maintains brand consistency and "wow" factor.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner daily with Graphic Designers, Video Editors, Copywriters, and Production to ensure our creative ambition meets executional excellence.
- Translate the briefs: Unpack marketing briefs to build campaign and ideation decks. You need to know how to visually present and sell an idea to cross-functional marketing stakeholders.
- Guide the execution: Make sure our creative ambition actually matches the final output. You’ll collaborate across Production, Design, Social, and Marketing to maintain consistency and get things over the line.
- Handle post-production: See the work through to the end with solid experience in post-production across both stills and video.
- Work smart: We move fast. You’ll need to deliver at pace and be genuinely interested in using AI tools to support and speed up your creative process.
Requirements
These skills will help you go far in this role:
- Live and breathe fashion, cinema, photography, and social trends. Your references aren’t just from Pinterest… they’re grounded in culture and entertainment.
- Experience in beauty is a plus, but a fearless passion for beauty is more important. Organised, thrive under pressure, and are excited by the challenge of working at a brand that moves at pace.
- Collaborative spirit, you’re here to win as a team and learn from those around you while bringing your own "voice" to the table.
- On-set experience, especially for socially driven brands. You know exactly what creative ideas work on social right now and how to actually execute them on set.
We love to hear from anybody interested in Trinny London! Although it’s useful to have the skills listed above, we’re always eager to hear from ambitious people looking for their next challenge.
