Are you ready to rethink your routine? We’re looking for a Junior Producer to join our vibrant Creative team. Reporting into the Head of Production, you will support the production process so that all shoots are planned well and so that creative considerations are given, playing a key role in driving communications related to productions across the marketing team. You are highly organised and passionate about capturing beauty content that is premium and considered. You’ll be instrumental in ensuring our productions have the right shoot teams in place, managing budgets, running orders and handling bookings appropriately, facilitating any requests from the Creative Brand Director.
The Role
Your day to day responsibilities will look like this:
- Assist in producing all photography and video shoots as well attending all shoots
- Welcoming models on set and directing them to wardrobe / MUAs / Hair stylists
- Manage and track the running order and capture for all shoots
- Ensure everyone and everything is where they/it needs to be at allocated times, always in conversation with director/producer and proposing solutions where appropriate
- Coordinate and maintain shoot kits
- Organise any props, colourama and shoot equipment needed
- Assist with ensuring all paperwork has been completed
- Manage safety and privacy / provide NDA documents and all required for an ethical production
- Assist in maintaining in-house workflows - File structure, naming convention etc
Qualifications

- Experience in production and experience working as a creative is a bonus
- Proven track record of working under pressure including on and off set
- Strong ability to meet tight deadlines and multitask to manage several projects simultaneously
- Passionate about beauty and wellness
- Excellent communicator, confident working with stakeholders across various teams
- Highly organised with a flawless attention to detail
- Strong growth mindset, eager to learn new skills
- Excited to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to manage diaries and expectations around production and to navigate digital tools such as Google Drive, Asana, Zoom, etc.
