Are you ready to rethink your routine? We are looking for a strategic, innovative, and results-driven Head of Ecommerce to lead our in-house Digital team. Trinny London is achieving significant growth online, and there is more to come - reporting to the Digital Director, you will be responsible for delivering a world-class personalised site experience together with market-leading trading performance across our global sites. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced ecommerce leader to have great impact through a high-performing platform and team, driving the ecommerce and digital strategy.

The Role

Your daily to-dos might look like this:

  • Lead the global digital strategy, ensuring trinnylondon.com delivers world-class performance.
  • Develop the next phase of our personalisation strategy, using data and tools to optimise the journeys in collaboration with UX and Tech.
  • Own global weekly trading for direct digital business aligned to business goals, identifying and reacting to commercial opportunities and risks looking ahead.
  • Lead the team owning content management, merchandising, CRO, SEO and digital products, championing best practice and an innovative approach, with test and learn embedded.
  • Partner with UX / UI and Tech to deliver best-in-class digital performance.

Requirements

These skills will help you go far in this role:

  • You will be an experienced global ecommerce retailer, with strategic mindset and commercial acumen, confident in identifying revenue-driving tactics (beyond discounting) and making them happen.
  • Highly commercial with strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of customer behaviour and the ability to manage a substantial P&L, you will lead demand forecasting, budget allocation and revenue optimisation aligned with overall business objectives.
  • A clear and engaging communicator, who cultivates great relationships and inspires a team to drive world-class customer experience and business performance.
