Are you ready to rethink your routine? We're looking for an Ecommerce Marketplaces Coordinator to join our Digital team in London. Reporting into our Head of Ecommerce, the successful applicant will be pivotal in pushing boundaries to ensure we provide relevant and impactful customer experiences on our third‑party websites, with data‑led decisions in a fast‑paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of product enrichment. Ensure all product data, imagery, and enhanced content are accurate, on‑brand, and optimised so that products are easily discoverable across third‑party platforms.
- Manage the product critical path for 3rd‑party .com retailers, ensuring timely and relevant product, campaign, and promotion launches in partnership with commercial and retail teams.
- Monitor and optimise stock position with partners to maintain appropriate stock availability, support updates of unique product identifiers.
- Champion brand standards by ensuring all learnings, content updates, and customer insights from TrinnyLondon.com are implemented across marketplaces.
- Generate trade reports and assist in product analysis, track performance, monitor KPIs, and use data to highlight successes and improvement areas.
- Propose and support the execution of trading, promotional, marketing and merchandising strategies to achieve and exceed targets for third‑party websites, working with the Commercial team to align omni‑channel strategy.
- Build strong working relationships across the business, fostering collaborations with key partner contacts to deliver trading activations.
- Benchmark UK, Ireland and US online markets, identify and present potential new localised opportunities based on global strategy.
- Assist in onboarding new third‑party channels, managing administrative setup, product listings and speed‑to‑market.
Qualifications
- Experience in a similar e‑commerce or marketplace role.
- Experience working directly for a DTC retailer or beauty brand.
- Strong analytical skills, with experience in trade reporting and data trend spotting.
- Excellent attention to detail with obsession for accuracy in product data, enrichment and platform presentation.
- Solid grounding in SEO and GEO knowledge, excited about the evolving LLM landscape and opportunities.
- Approachable, collaborative, hands‑on, team player eager to roll up sleeves.
