Are you ready to rethink your routine? We're looking for an Allocator to join our Operations team on a 6 month fixed term contract. This role will report into our Senior Retail Planner, and will support the growth of our Retail business by ensuring the correct stock is in the right place at the right time, maximising sales opportunities for the team.

The Role: Your daily to-dos might look like this:
- Actioning daily replenishment orders to maintain good stock availability across all channels
- Maintaining the Store order tracker to ensure the orders are being delivered as planned and reporting any issues to the wider team
- Supporting with managing stock levels across all channels and highlighting best or slow selling products/categories and recommending actions to take to the Senior Retail Planner
- Action stock transfers between stores/external partners and the DC, once agreed and ensure timeframes are met
- Actioning orders for new store launches and ensuring all deadlines are adhered to
- Ensure any potential store out of stocks are flagged to the Senior Retail Planner and the wider team at the earliest opportunity
- Work with the Senior Retail Planner and the Retail team to resolve store queries in a timely manner
- Work with the DC team to resolve any queries or to identify any problems so that they can be resolved promptly
- Work with the Senior Retail Planner and BI team to produce reports to enable more detailed analysis of performance and to support the team
- Regular store visits with the Senior Retail Planner to understand store processes and the challenges and opportunities in store
Requirements:
- Experience working with stock in a Retail Head Office environment
- Knowledge of ERP system, ideally Netsuite
- Strong Excel skills
- Adaptable and comfortable in a fast-paced and agile environment
- Analytical and passionate about problem-solving
- Process driven with a desire to improve operations and efficiencies
