Are you ready to rethink your routine? We’re looking for an Ecommerce Marketplaces Coordinator to join our Digital team. Reporting into our Head of Ecommerce, you’ll be pivotal in pushing boundaries to ensure we provide relevant and impactful customer experiences on our third‑party websites, with data‑led decisions in a fast‑paced environment. You will be the driving force behind product enrichment, trade reporting, and platform discoverability.

The Role
Your daily to-dos might look like this:
- Product Enrichment & Discoverability: Take ownership of product enrichment. Ensuring all product data, imagery, and enhanced content are accurate, on‑brand, and optimised so our products are easily discoverable across all third‑party platforms, and beyond.
- Critical Path Management: Manage the product critical path for 3rd party .com retailers with successful, timely and relevant to channel product, campaign and promotion launches, in partnership with the commercial and retail teams.
- Partner stock availability: Work together with the Planning team to monitor and optimise stock position with partners. Support with any updates of unique product identifiers.
- Cross‑Platform Consistency: Champion our brand standards by ensuring all successful learnings, content updates, and customer insights from TrinnyLondon.com are implemented across our third‑party marketplaces.
- Trade Reporting & Analysis: Generate regular trade reports and assist with in‑depth product analysis. You will track performance, monitor KPIs, and use data to highlight what is working and where we can improve.
- Trading Activations: Propose and support with the execution of trading, promotional, marketing and merchandising strategies, to achieve and exceed targets for our third‑party websites, working in collaboration with our Commercial team to achieve a united omni‑channel strategy.
- Cross‑functional Collaboration: Build strong working relationships across the business. In collaboration with the Commercial team, foster strong working relationships with key partner contacts to enable successful delivery of trading activations.
- Benchmarking: Display a strong understanding of UK, Ireland & US online markets. Be able to identify and present potential new localised opportunities, based on global strategy.
- Onboarding & Process: Assist in the onboarding of new third‑party channels by managing the administrative setup, product listings, and general speed‑to‑market.
These skills will help you go far in this role:
- Experience in a similar ecommerce or marketplace role.
- Experience working directly for a DTC retailer or beauty brand.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in trade reporting, comfortable working with data to spot trends and track performance.
- An absolute eye for detail; you are obsessed with accuracy when it comes to product data, enrichment, and platform presentation.
- Has a good grounding in SEO and GEO knowledge, is excited for the changing LLM landscape and opportunities this presents to retailers.
- Approachable, collaborative, and hands‑on; eager to roll up your sleeves and get deeply involved as a true team player.
- Highly organised with the ability to prioritise varying workloads.
- A proactive and positive approach to problem‑solving; a solution‑finder who takes initiative.
