We are looking for a motivated, friendly and highly organised Creative Project Manager to join our Creative team, focusing on overseeing the process of delivery of all of our creative assets for our Retail, PR & Events channels. Reporting to the Senior Creative Project Manager, you will work with a talented team of producers, designers and editors to create world-class content.

The Role: Your daily to-dos look like this:

  • Work with the Senior Creative Project Manager, as well as Design, Retail, Communications, and Store Design & VM teams to drive productivity and efficiency for the team.
  • Implement processes to ensure milestones are met and workloads are balanced across edit and design teams, while remaining agile and maintaining the flexibility to pivot resources in response to shifting priorities.
  • Take sole ownership of the creation and delivery of retail, PR, and events assets for both launch and business-as-usual programmes.
  • Manage the production of print materials, including retail point-of-sale displays, out-of-home advertising, brochures, mailers, and other print deliverables.
  • Work closely with printers and the wider Creative team to ensure pristine quality and timely delivery of all print assets.
  • Lead the content creation process from briefing to delivery.
  • Manage the expectations of all stakeholders, plan content, and ensure deadlines & requirements are met.
  • Ensure all assets are reviewed, with feedback inputted into Asana and correctly distributed.
  • Lead the team to have all content reviewed by the Senior Creative team prior to internal and channel reviews.
  • Orchestrate a weekly schedule for retail, PR, and events channels to help forward planning, working closely with other project managers.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for key stakeholders ensuring alignment on objectives, expectations, and feedback.
  • Ensure consistency in brand messaging and creative execution to inspire discovery and joy.
  • Use Asana to manage all deliverables from channels, ensuring processes are respected and adhered to.
  • Support the update of new or evolved processes to help the business manage its vibrant growth.

These skills will help you go far in this role:

  • Experience managing print production, retail marketing assets, and out-of-home (OOH) advertising deliverables.
  • Experience in Project Management tools, ideally Asana and Frame.io.
  • Significant, demonstrable experience in project management within a brand or agency for projects for digital platforms, including working to set budgets.
  • Significant experience liaising, communicating and collaborating with different stakeholders.
  • Excellent planning, resourcing and organisational skills with the ability to work across multiple teams and under pressure.
  • Excellent understanding of the Trinny London brand, ethos and energy as well as how the Trinny London makeup should look and feel.
  • Flawless attention to detail.
  • Strong ability to meet tight deadlines and multitask to manage several projects simultaneously.
  • Collaborative team player with a growth mindset and assertive communication style.
  • Positive, friendly and can-do attitude.
